True multi-functionality
With the standard copy and network printing feature on the device, the Color imageRUNNER 1028 is able to output at 28ppm in monochrome and 21ppm in colour. Document distribution is made easy with the Color Universal Send function. The standard duplex capabilities and optional fax support makes it an outstanding all-round performer.
Enhanced security
You can send your documents securely with confidence with the enhanced security features in the Color imageRUNNER 1028. With the IEEE802.1x function, users need to authenticate themselves before gaining access to the network. The auSend feature requires users to authenticate themselves before they can use the Color Universal Send feature for document distribution.
Optional software solution
Paired with the embedded uniFLOW solution, you can have greater control and management of the Color imageRUNNER 1028. Card Authentication prevents unauthorized users from using the device, while Secure Print enables you to send your print job to a secure queue and retrieve the printed document from any uniFLOW-enabled device. Cost Accounting allows you to eliminate labour-intensive accounting procedures by assigning copy costs to specific project or department before copying.
