Manual sorting and organising of received documents are eliminated as they are automatically sorted into folders based on information such as fax number, received date and pre-registered names in multifunction printer’s address book.
You can schedule and switch between paper-based output, forwarding faxes via email or to the cloud^*2, ensuring faxed documents are not missed even when you are away from office.

Scan Delivery Light (Standard) reduces your scanning workload by simplifying complicated and repetitive scanning workflow.
Standard rules and templates can be created easily, allowing you to complete multiple actions (scan settings, storage destination designation and file renaming) with a single touch.
Scanned information can also be managed and utilised centrally, improving productivity and resource optimisation.

More advanced features such as sorting by QR codes on documents and automatically converting text within designated areas marked by a marker pen into file names are available by upgrading to Scan Delivery*.
